Data processing purposes

 

If you are interested in my work, you can subscribe to my associated newsletter. The data collected for this purpose can be seen in the corresponding contact form. The newsletter will only be sent after your consent. Unsubscribing from this is possible at any time, either with a direct message to me or in the corresponding mail via the associated button.

 

The main purpose of data processing is the fulfillment of the concluded contract. If you buy a service from me, I need the corresponding data to be able to fulfill the closed contract. The data required for this purpose can be seen in the form or in the contract.

 

Where else is your data processed?

 

1. Wix

 

My domain is hosted at Wix. This means that all data entered on the homepage www.anastasiapotapova.de also goes through the servers of Wix.

 

This company is not located in the EU. Therefore it is a provider from a third country. A corresponding check on confidentiality etc. was of course carried out.

2. SevDesk

 

For my accounting I use SevDesk. So all my invoices that I receive or issue end up here. To make my accounting as simple as possible, I have automated part of it here. But this runs completely through SevDesk and their server.

3. Microsoft Office

 

In the MS Office application I use Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc. and also Teams for video calls. This company is not located in the EU. Thus, it is a provider from a third country. An appropriate check on confidentiality etc. has of course been carried out.

4. Google Drive

 

To provide you with documents within my offers, I partly use Google Drive. Here it is necessary that you have your own Google account. Thus, there's here again no access or insight into your private data.

Duration of data storage

 

After fulfillment of the contract, your data will not be actively used by me. They will only be stored, to the appropriate extent for the necessary duration of the tax and commercial retention periods. Upon expiration of this period, the data will be immediately deleted completely. If you have agreed that I may further process the data, I will do so, if necessary, until you request deletion. This deletion is then possible at any time. For this purpose, please contact me by e-mail or post to my above-mentioned addresses.

 

Right to information

 

Of course you have the possibility to make use of your right to information at any time. This means that you can contact me at one of the above addresses and I will provide you with information about all data that I have collected and processed from you. If you wish to revoke your consent to data processing, please choose the same way. Likewise, this applies if you wish to delete or use the right to data portability.

You are free to report a complaint to the appropriate supervisory authority at any time if I violate data protection.
